Return & Exchange Policy – ARTSAY

At ARTSAY, each piece is crafted with care. As a made-to-order brand, our policy is designed to ensure fairness while protecting the integrity of our work.

14-Day Return Policy

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs to Pakistan or United Kingdom and we do not provide prepaid return labels.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, unused, and returned with all original tags attached. Customers must provide valid return tracking within 7 days of receiving their order. Returns initiated after 7 days or without tracking provided within 7 days will not be accepted.

Once your return is received and inspected, any approved refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Made-to-Order Items

All custom and made-to-order products are final sale.

All items are handcrafted and custom-stitched specifically for you according to your selected size, height, and weight. Slight variations are normal.

Please carefully select your body size using our size guide.

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for:

  • Incorrect size selected
  • Change of mind
  • Minor variations in color, fabric, or craftsmanship

Fit Preference (Not Eligible for Return/Refund)

  • Fit may vary based on body shape, posture, and personal preference (e.g., slim vs relaxed fit)
  • Slight tightness or looseness within standard tailoring tolerance is not considered a defect
  • Orders placed using customer-selected size or measurements are the customer’s responsibility
  • We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges based on fit preference
  • We offer one-time alteration support (where applicable) to assist with fit adjustments

Quality & Craftsmanship (Not Eligible for Return/Refund)

  • All items are handcrafted, and minor variations in stitching, finishing, or detailing are normal
  • Slight differences in fabric texture, weight, or feel are not considered defects
  • Variations in color or appearance due to lighting, photography, or screen settings are expected
  • Placement of prints, embroidery, or patterns may vary slightly and is part of the design process
  • Claims based on personal expectations of quality do not qualify for returns or refunds

ARTSAY reserves the right to determine whether an issue qualifies as a defect.


Store Credit Only (No Refunds)

We do not issue monetary refunds.

Approved returns will receive:
✔️ One-time free replacement or Store Credit (valid for future purchases)

In rare and approved cases where a refund or partial refund is issued, it will be processed strictly to the original payment method used at checkout.

In exceptional cases where a return is approved, the item must be unworn, unused, unaltered, and free from stains, odors, or damage, with all original tags and packaging included.

All returns are strictly inspected upon arrival. If the item does not meet our return standards, the request will be rejected, and no store credit, replacement, or refund will be issued.

Items returned without prior approval or sent to an incorrect address will not be accepted or processed.

Incorrect Shipping Address
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure all shipping details are accurate at the time of purchase.

Orders shipped to the address provided at checkout are considered successfully fulfilled. ARTSAY is not liable for lost or undelivered packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

If a package is returned to us, re-delivery will require additional shipping charges. No refunds or replacements will be issued in such cases.


Replacements (Our Error Only)

If you receive a:

  • Damaged item
  • Incorrect product

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photo proof.
Claims after 48 hours = not accepted

We will provide:
✔️ One-time free replacement (no refunds)


Return & Exchange Costs (If Applicable)

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping, duties, and taxes
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable
  • For free shipping orders, 10% will be deducted as shipping cost

Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be canceled within 12 hours only
  • After this, production begins and cancellation is not possible

Chargeback & Fraud Protection

To protect both our customers and our business:

  • All orders are verified before production
  • High-value or suspicious orders may require identity confirmation
  • False claims (e.g., "item not received" when tracking confirms delivery) will be disputed with full evidence
  • If tracking shows delivered, ARTSAY is not liable

Important Notes

  • Colors may vary slightly due to screen/lighting difference
  • Orders refused at delivery are not eligible for return/refund (store credit may be issued)

AI-Enhanced Imagery:
To provide a diverse and creative visual experience, our product imagery features AI-generated models and environments. While these digital renderings aim to showcase our designs artistically, the focus remains on the true silhouette and style of the garment.
